Thank you for purchasing an online energy assessment for your Dairy Farm
What happens next...
- You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase (please check your spam folders) containing the link to the information-gathering form that you will need to complete and return. It asks questions about your farm, herd and the equipment you have in your dairy. Everything is clearly explained and designed so that you can complete it quickly and easily.
- Your Welcome Pack will be sent out to you within the next 7 days. It includes all the tools and equipment required to complete the Information Gathering Form so don’t worry if something doesn’t make sense at this stage. Once you’re pack arrives, if you still have questions, give Jim a call on 07837 470 476 and he will be happy to help you. The Welcome Pack also includes a memory stick and stamped addressed envelope for you to return the completed Information Gathering Form, copies of your energy bills and also some photos that we will ask you to take.
- When we receive your completed form back we will assess your answers, determine how energy is used on your farm, identify what options you have to reduce energy costs and do all the necessary calculations to work out what potential for savings you have and and likely implementation costs.
- We will then prepare a report for you detailing all of the above and spend some time on the phone with you discussing your options and working out which options you should prioritise.
